Who Can Volunteer?

If you want to support us in our fight against poverty, one of the most meaningful ways to do so is by becoming a volunteer at TİDER and contributing with your heart and effort, of course.

To become a TİDER volunteer:

Accept the association’s mission,

Be over 18 years old,

Be willing to work in the areas where the association operates and participate regularly.

Anyone who meets these criteria can become a volunteer at TİDER.

Corporate Volunteering

Through corporate volunteering activities, you can foster the development of a culture of social responsibility among your employees and increase corporate loyalty.

As a Corporate Volunteer at TİDER:

You can place food and clothing donation boxes in your company and donate the collected items to the Support Market.

You can organize a Support Market volunteer day and work with your team at the Support Market.

You can share your knowledge and experiences with TİDER and provide mentoring.

Volunteering Areas at TİDER

Our volunteers can provide support in 5 different areas at TİDER according to their knowledge and preferences.

Resource Development Volunteer

Directing donors

Active involvement in stand work for product sales

Supporting the spread of donation boxes

Supporting donation campaigns

Actively supporting welcome and motivation activities for runners at the running area during the marathon process

Office Volunteer

Data entry

Translation if needed

Research and screenings related to TİDER’s work areas

Supporting donor appreciation processes

Providing support for association events (conferences, invitations, concerts, etc.)

Communication Volunteer

Dissemination of TİDER posts on social media

Supporting TİDER’s visibility on all social media accounts and increasing the number of followers

Sharing and disseminating ongoing campaigns

Representing TİDER as a representative in different cities and participating as a TİDER ambassador in retail and corporate meetings

Support Market Volunteer

Supporting shelf organization, placement of new products, and paperwork in the market

Actively participating in business meetings with needy families shopping at the market

Active involvement in sorting and packaging activities for products arriving at the Support Market before official holidays and special occasions

Human Resources Volunteer

Supporting meetings with needy families

Contacting companies for staff referrals

Supporting the process of filling out job application forms together with families

Supporting processes for micro-entrepreneurship training
