What Does Support Human Resources Do?
GOAL: Support HR aims not only to benefit the needy from Food Banks but also to enable them to sustain their livelihoods by obtaining jobs and professions.
Who Benefits? Individuals from needy families who are registered as Food Banks’ beneficiaries and other job seekers in the district.
How is an unemployed individual reached? Persons capable of working within the family are identified through application, phone, or home visits.
How are candidates evaluated? Suitable candidates are determined through mutual discussions regarding their skills, work experiences, and educational level.
Do candidates receive training? If necessary, candidates are provided with ‘Empowerment, Vocational Training, and Job Placement’ training based on the nature of the job or direct employment opportunities are provided.
Empowering Through Employment!
Job Placement: Candidates who have completed their training process or fullfill the required qualifications for the relevant job are placed in relevant positions where there is demand.
Does the process end with employment? The person placed in a job is monitored for 6 months, and necessary support and guidance are provided by the employer. If the job is not suitable for them, they will be directed to other fields.
