This goal essentially aims to promote stable, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. As TİDER, within the scope of this aim, with the Destek HR employment program we launched in 2014, we have helped 119 people in need who want to earn their own money by working to find jobs suitable for their competencies and abilities, and we continue our negotiations for many more. On the other hand, we develop micro-enterprise projects for women who cannot leave the house but want to contribute to the family budget by earning money.
