We took action together with the Disaster Platform during the fires that started in Manavgat on July 28, 2021 and spread to different parts of our country, the number of which exceeded 100.Working in coordination with public institutions in the field, lists of needs were created and work began to meet these needs. Our team first reached the Manavgat warehouse to provide support in warehouse organization, product sorting and planning. Later, a truck full of fire equipment and basic needs products set out from our Maltepe warehouse to support the demand from Isparta. After delivery to the Isparta warehouse, the entire team met in Marmaris and took part in field work.
On the other hand, we provided drinking water support, one of the most important needs we learned from local authorities, for Van and Artvin, which were among the provinces affected by the floods that affected our country.
Together with the Disaster Platform, we will continue our work to identify and meet the needs of the local people after the disaster.
