WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF SUPPORT HUMAN RESOURCES?

Family members that are able to work are determined through a phone call or visit.

How are the candidates assessed?

How are the candidates assessed?

Interviews are conducted with eligible candidates to determine their talents, professional experience, and training needs.

Depending on the nature of the job, where required, candidates are provided ‘Empowerment, Vocational and On-the-Job” training or are directly employed.

Job placement

Candidates who have completed the training process or who are equipped with the traits required by the job are placed in jobs at institutions that demand them in relevant business lines.

The individual who is employed is monitored for 6 months, and necessary support and guidelines are provided. In the event that the person is found not to be suitable for a job, he/she is redirected to another field.

In addition to its mission of placing those in need in jobs, Support HR also provides professional employment services, and creates versatile social benefits by using all of its revenue in TIDER project.

As Turkey’s first only human resources organization functioning under a non-governmental organization, Support HR contributes to the efforts to provide employment and job opportunities to people in need who benefit from Support Market, while, in its professional areas of operation, generating additional material resources to be utilized in aid projects for Basic Needs Association by bringing together job seekers and institutions looking for people to hire. Support HR is an innovative social initiative model which places the right people in the right job, at the right time on the one hand, while ensuring that disadvantageous segments are employed, on the other.

Support Cloud-HR Platform

The Support HR program was launched in order to provide employment to people who benefit from the food banks under TIDER across various parts of Turkey, and aims to reach out a much larger group of people through the Support Cloud-HR Platform.

Support Cloud-HR Platform is a human resources website that brings together job seekers and firms looking for people on an online environment. Job seekers can access new job opportunities by creating a CV on www.destekik.org and they are not charged any fees for signing up or job searching services.

TIDER became Turkey’s first non-governmental organization to operate in the area of employment by obtaining a special employment office license dated 12/09/2015 with document number 783 to ensure seamless functioning of the Support Model.
