During Covid-19, we all remembered that the most important basic need to continue our lives is food. During Covid-19, more than 821 million people suffered from hunger.
Food banks around the world have supported more than 75 million people. Basic Needs Association supported more than 620,000 people with the food aid it provided.
This year, TİDER based its campaign on supporting the basic needs of families living below the poverty line. Due to pandemic conditions, the 5/10/15 K stages of the event were held as a virtual race. In other words, runners participated in the race on the course of their own choosing, at a time period of their choice between November 7-8, and reported their performances with an application they downloaded to their phones.
